Record Project-Time

Project-Time recording at Clock in / Clock out

To record time at Projects, click at Clock in/Clock out at your desktop and choose projects and services. After that click "Clock in" to record your time.

Recording at "Create Project Time"

After click at Create Project Time it opens a dialog.

• Employees (Just for HR Officers and Supervisor)
  You can choose an employee to record times.
• Project
  Choose a project to record your time
• Services
  Choose services to record your time
• Date
  Set date at which time the record should begin
• Duration
  Set a duration of your time recording
• Comment
  It is an optional field. You can set an comment why you create this recording. This comment get sended at the HR Officer.

Change and delete Project-Time

To change times click at the button details at the overview of projects.

After click at a record you can change Times and services.

To delete click at the record and after that click "Delete".

Record at iPhone/Android

After downloading SaaS-Time-Punch-Machine and log in, you have an overview of your projects.

To start the record click at the project and than choose services. After that the recording starts.

To finish the record, click finished.

Record at Terminal

Start→ Time Recording →Terminal

If you set "Allow project time registration" at details, it's possible to record project time at the terminal.Attention!
Just Employees with license "Projects" are shown if you have activate "Allow project time registration".

After opening SaaS Punch-Machine you can log in. Click at your employee button and you can record time at projects.
After choosing a project, you see the services and can choose some.You can record time just if you have chosen services and Project.

After choosing services the record starts.

To finish the record click at your employee button again and than click "... finish"
