  • Name:
    Choose a name of the profile
  • Standard:
    After choosing this, this profile will be preselected by every new employee 

 

Time Recording

When coming and going bookings are to be respected, you must enable "Note In / Out"option.
You have the possibility to set a time-slot for each working day, which employees with this work profile are present.
In addition you can set a daily break. Employees with this profile appear as absent on the calendar.It is possible to rotate in a weekly rhythm between even and odd weeks.
If you set Minutes in "Interval in / out, the time get booked till 15 minutes after "Come".
For example:
An employee starts at 7:45 AM. It booked at 8:00 AM. But just if you seted a time at Extended.
In time recording are solely the working hours relevant.

 

Workdays

Here you may specify which weekdays count as workdays, and how many working hours are to be rendered each day.
A weekday counts as a working day when a value is deposited in the appropriate field.

Make sure working hours are recorded in the decimal system.
For example : 6 hours 30 minutes are recorded as 6.5

2 weeks interval:

Its very useful, if the employee have different workdays every second week.

Example:

1st week : 9 hours per day
2nd week: 6 hours per day

Extended:

In case you want to use the attendance calendar from the leave management it is recommended, to define the working hours in each area.

Delete an existing profile

Having chosen a profile from the list, you can remove it using the button Delete.

Employees who have been allocated this profile will automatically be assigned to the actual standard profile.
